Description
One of the main attractions in the programming of the entertainment and cultural offer of the town is the former Dindurra Theatre, nowadays the Jovellanos Municipal Theatre of Gijón.
This was re-inaugurated after exhaustive refurbishing in 1995 and seats 1,200 spectators. It celebrated its centenary in 1999 with a brilliant concert by the tenor Alfredo Kraus. It nowadays offers a varied programme of concerts, theatre and other performing arts.
